Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a related industry, such as industrial automation, robotics, or electrical engineering
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation and robotics products and solutions
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
