Age Limit
The minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 35 years as of the last date of submission of the online application.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics and Communication or related fields from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the relevant field, preferably in the IT industry.
Other Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have a good understanding of computer systems, networks, and databases. They must also have knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
Selection Process
The selection process for the IT Executive post in India Post Payment Bank will consist of the following stages:
Online Written Examination
The online written examination will consist of multiple-choice questions from the following subjects:
- Reasoning and Computer Aptitude
- English Language
- Quantitative Aptitude
- General Awareness
Interview
Candidates who qualify in the online written examination will be called for a personal interview.

Steps to Apply Online for IPPB Recruitment 2024
Candidates can apply online for IPPB Recruitment 2024 through online mode from the official website of Indian Post Payment Bank Limited (IPPB). Candidates can follow the below steps by step process to submit their application forms.
Step 1: Visit the official website of Indian Post Payment Bank Limited (IPPB) at https://ippbonline.com/.
Step 2: Click on the Carrer section that appears at the bottom of the home page.
Step 3: Click on the link that reads “Recruitment of 54 Information Technology Executives on Contract Basis – Apply Online”.
Step 4: To register the application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter your Name, Contact details, and Email. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines.
Step 6: Pay the application fee using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
Step 7: Download the IPPB application and print out it for future reference
Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay an application fee while submitting the IPPB application form. The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. For candidates from the SC/ST/PWD category application fee is Rs. 150.00/- and for the other category fee is Rs. 750.00/-.

Selection of the candidates for IPPB Recruitment for Executive posts will be made based on an Interview. IPPB reserves the right to select only the necessary number of candidates for assessment or interview based on the candidates’ qualifications, experience, profiles, and job requirements.
