Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Consultant at Adobe, you will be responsible for driving the technical strategy and implementation of Adobe’s products and solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions that meet customer needs, leveraging Adobe’s products and services to drive business value.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical requirements and providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximum customer value.
• Conduct technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and demos to showcase Adobe’s products and services and demonstrate their value to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and thought leadership in Adobe’s technical strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a technical consulting role, with a focus on software implementation, integration, and deployment.
• Strong technical expertise in Adobe’s products and services, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Document Cloud, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Certifications in Adobe products, such as Adobe Certified Expert or Adobe Certified Master.
