Talent Technical Records Administrator
Job Summary:
The Talent Technical Records Administrator is responsible for maintaining and managing technical records and documentation for Airbus’ talent acquisition and development programs. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, while providing administrative support to the Talent Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Records Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical records, including training certificates, licenses, and qualifications for Airbus employees and contractors.
Documentation and Compliance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to technical records management.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the Talent Management team, including preparing reports, maintaining databases, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze and report on technical records data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Training, and Operations teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Aviation.
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a technical records management or administrative role, preferably in the aviation industry.
Skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications
Certification in technical records management or a related field is an asset.
