Alter Domus Careers for Talent Acquisition Operations Post
The Talent Acquisition Operations role is responsible for managing and coordinating the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Process Management
- Manage and coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, sending candidate communications, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and effective communication, and resolving any candidate inquiries or issues.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including data entry, report generation, and maintenance of recruitment metrics.
Process Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR-related role, with a focus on operations or coordination.
Skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
