Job Summary

The Alexa Identity team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Services professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining quality metrics and dashboards to measure the performance of Alexa’s identity features
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to identify and prioritize quality issues
• Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure high-quality identity experiences
• Analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing solutions
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Participating in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, software development, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium or Appium
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence concepts
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
