Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner. Address their inquiries, provide information about products and services, and assist with their needs. Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all visitors and customers.
  2. Front Desk Operation: Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Answer incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies and inventory. Handle general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  4. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints in a prompt and professional manner. Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for further resolution.
  5. Communication and Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination. Maintain effective communication channels to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
