Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to consulting staff, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and make reservations as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital. Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, catering, and logistics. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. Perform various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services firm. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
