Salary Range

₹2,50,000 - ₹3,00,000 per year (₹20,800 - ₹25,000 per month)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of customer service agents.
• Monitor and improve team performance through coaching and feedback.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure all company policies and quality standards are followed.
• Track and analyze team performance metrics.
• Provide regular performance updates to management.
• Organize training sessions to improve team skills.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of BPO operations and customer service processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in BPO or customer support.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Marathi (spoken and written).
• Age requirement: 18 - 35 years.
