2. Business Process Evaluation: Evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis to drive process optimization and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for process enhancements or system implementations.
