Salary Range

₹2,40,000 - ₹4,20,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Find new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Contact potential clients and explain the company’s services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing plans.
  • Meet sales targets and close deals successfully.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Keep up with market trends and industry changes.
  • Help in creating and improving sales strategies.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to convince and negotiate deals.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of sales and business development.
  • Good understanding of client relationship management.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in meeting sales targets is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
