Job Summary

As a Marketing Project Manager at BYJU'S, you'll be a strategic thought leader and a hands-on executor. You'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse range of marketing projects, from brand awareness campaigns to product launches. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Project Management: Developing comprehensive project plans, creating and managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Team Leadership: Providing direction and motivation to cross-functional teams including designers, developers, content creators, and marketing specialists.
Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicating project goals, timelines, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Agile Methodology: Utilizing agile project management principles to ensure flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Data Analysis: Analyzing campaign data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future projects.
Reporting & Presentation: Creating clear and concise reports outlining project progress, results, and recommendations.
Budget Management: Effectively managing project budgets and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Vendor Management: Collaborating with and managing relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex marketing projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile & Waterfall.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
