Job Summary
The Senior Customer Care Representative will provide exceptional customer service to Cisco’s customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Cisco products and services
Nice to Have
CCNA or CCNP certification
- Experience with Cisco products and services
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Experience with CRM systems and tools
