Your main job is to remind customers about payments and make sure they continue using our services. You will talk to customers, understand their problems, and find solutions. Responsibilities:
- Call customers and remind them about EMI due dates.
- Follow up with customers who have missed payments.
- Explain the importance of timely payments to customers.
- Answer customer questions and solve basic issues.
- Understand why customers are leaving and try to retain them.
- Work with different teams to improve customer service.
- Record customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Build good relationships with customers for long-term trust.
- Stay updated with company policies and financial services.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are professional and helpful.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (both speaking and writing).
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints with patience.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
