Navi Finserv Limited is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist in Bangalore. This role is for someone who enjoys talking to customers and helping them. Your main job is to remind customers about payments and make sure they continue using our services. You will talk to customers, understand their problems, and find solutions. Responsibilities:

• Call customers and remind them about EMI due dates.
• Follow up with customers who have missed payments.
• Explain the importance of timely payments to customers.
• Answer customer questions and solve basic issues.
• Understand why customers are leaving and try to retain them.
• Work with different teams to improve customer service.
• Record customer feedback and share insights with the team.
• Build good relationships with customers for long-term trust.
• Stay updated with company policies and financial services.
• Ensure that all customer interactions are professional and helpful.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (both speaking and writing).
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints with patience.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Good listening and observation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience:

• Freshers to 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales.
