Responsibilities

• Offer complete solutions to customer queries.
• Ask relevant questions to assist customers better.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up on customer concerns as per the process.
• Stay updated with product and service details.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet goals.
• Escalate issues to the team leader when needed.
• Handle difficult customers professionally.

Skills Required
