• Proactively build and manage strong relationships with assigned clients, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate.
• Champion client success stories by gathering feedback, identifying and resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including project delivery, solution experts, and account managers to drive successful outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools within the Client Success function.
