Description

Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager (Fresh Graduate) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our solutions. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support and training, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

  • Onboard and enable new clients: You will guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can leverage our solutions effectively. This includes providing training, answering questions, and resolving any initial challenges.
  • Support and advocate for clients: You will serve as a trusted advisor to your assigned clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their journey with Accenture. This includes identifying and proactively addressing their needs, anticipating potential issues, and escalating problems as needed.
  • Drive client success and retention: You will play a key role in fostering long-term relationships with clients and maximizing their value from our solutions. This includes identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, tracking key metrics, and providing feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
