NoBrokerHood is looking for a friendly and hardworking Customer Support Executive to join our team. If you love helping people and solving problems, this job is for you! Your main role will be to assist customers with their queries and make sure they have a great experience with our services.

Responsibilities:

✅ Answer customer calls, emails, and chats politely and professionally.
✅ Help customers with their problems and give them the right information.
✅ Make sure all queries are solved on time.
✅ Keep records of customer interactions and update them in the system.
✅ Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
✅ Follow company rules and policies while handling customer concerns.

Skills Required:

🗣️ Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
🖥️ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

🤝 Teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

🎓 Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field.
📜 Training in customer service is a plus.

Experience:

🔹 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
🔹 Experience in handling calls, emails, and chats is preferred.
🔹 Knowledge of CRM software is a bonus.
