DHL Express is searching for an experienced HR professional to join their team as an Executive - HR. This role plays a key part in supporting DHL's growth strategy by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities (based on possible specializations):

• There can be different specializations within the Executive - HR role at DHL Express. Here are two possibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Focus on sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees for DHL Express.
  • HR Development: Lead and manage the development and implementation of training and development programs for DHL Express employees, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

General Responsibilities (may apply to both specializations):

• Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop effective HR strategies to address them.
• Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR functions (e.g., performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations).
• Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance for DHL Express.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment for DHL Express employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a relevant HR function (e.g., Talent Acquisition, HR Development, HR Business Partner).
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and experience with various HR processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) a plus.
