Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging graphics, designs, and materials that align with the Disney brand and support various business initiatives. This role will require a high level of creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail to produce high-quality designs that meet the company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Design and develop a wide range of graphic materials, including but not limited to:

• Print and digital graphics, such as posters, flyers, brochures, and social media assets
• Branding and identity materials, including logos, icons, and typography
• Marketing and promotional materials, such as advertisements, email campaigns, and sales sheets
• Event and exhibit materials, including signage, banners, and displays

Conceptualization and Ideation:

Develop innovative and creative design concepts that meet business objectives and align with the Disney brand.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure design consistency and brand integrity.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Quality Control:

Ensure all designs meet Disney’s quality standards, are error-free, and are delivered on time.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on print and digital design.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
