Talent Risk Management Specialist
Job Summary:
The Talent Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with talent acquisition, development, and retention within ENGIE. This role will work closely with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Identification and Assessment
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities related to talent management, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities, and prioritize them based on their likelihood and impact.
Risk Mitigation and Management
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks on the business.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
Talent Analytics and Reporting
- Develop and maintain talent analytics and reporting to provide insights on talent risks and opportunities.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to HR and business leaders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key talent metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Communicate risk management strategies and recommendations to stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and the executive team.
- Provide training and guidance to HR and business leaders on risk management best practices.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure that risk management strategies comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure that risk management strategies are aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in internal audits and risk assessments to ensure that risk management strategies are effective.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in talent management, risk management, or a related field.
- Experience in a global organization with a complex talent management structure.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in talent management software and systems, including HRIS and analytics tools.
