Oil Field Worker

Job Summary:

ExxonMobil is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oil Field Worker to join our team. As an Oil Field Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of oil field equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain oil field equipment, including pumps, valves, and meters, to ensure optimal production and minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Monitor and control oil production and injection rates to optimize field performance and meet production targets.
• Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and technicians, to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and company procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or petroleum engineering) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on oil field operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to remote locations as needed.
