Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

  • Identify and target potential industrial clients across different sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Provide customized solutions and handle customer queries.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the company’s industrial product offerings and industry trends.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.

Market Analysis:

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategies for upselling.

Sales Strategy & Negotiation:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet company targets.
  • Prepare and present quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.

Reporting & Collaboration:

  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for management.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure product alignment.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to expand business networks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven industrial sales experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial products and solutions.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Software Proficiency: CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English (Mandatory).
