Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
- Identify and target potential industrial clients across different sectors.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
- Provide customized solutions and handle customer queries.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the company’s industrial product offerings and industry trends.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
Market Analysis:
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies for upselling.
Sales Strategy & Negotiation:

Reporting & Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure product alignment.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven industrial sales experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial products and solutions.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Software Proficiency: CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English (Mandatory).
