Ozolytic Technologies is hiring Field Sales Executives! If you love meeting new people, enjoy talking about products, and can convince customers, this job is for you. Your main role will be to sell our products, build customer relationships, and meet sales targets. You will work in the field, visiting clients, understanding their needs, and offering the best solutions.

Responsibilities

• Find new customers through cold calling, online research, and networking.
• Build a list of potential clients and keep updating it.
• Maintain good relationships with current and new customers.
• Understand customer needs and suggest the right products.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions.
• Give presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
• Meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales and client interactions in the system.
• Give feedback to management about sales trends.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques.
• Good knowledge of the products or services you will sell.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BE/BTech) in Chemistry or similar field.
• MSc or MTech in Chemistry is a plus.
• Certifications in sales or marketing (optional but preferred).

Experience

• Minimum: 1 year
• Maximum: 3 years
• Internship experience in sales is also acceptable.
