1. Recruitment and Onboarding – Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers. Coordinate onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth assimilation into the company.

2. Employee Relations – Act as a point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance on various HR-related matters. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues, and facilitate resolution in compliance with company policies and procedures.

3. Performance Management – Develop and implement performance management programs and processes to drive employee engagement and productivity. Conduct regular performance evaluations, coach managers on performance feedback, and identify opportunities for training and development.
