Job Description

Marriott Bonvoy is looking for a Front Office Executive to join our team in Nagpur. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service. As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and addressing customer queries. You will also assist with administrative tasks and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay.




Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out.
  • Confirm reservations and assign rooms to guests.
  • Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and other methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays and transactions.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
  • Assist guests with special requests or concerns.
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
  • Handle complaints professionally and find quick solutions.
  • Follow hotel policies and safety procedures.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills (English and local language).
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use hotel booking systems.
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure during busy hours.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hospitality or customer service training is a plus.




Experience:

  • Minimum: 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Maximum: 2 years of experience preferred.
