We're looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team and play a key role in building the next generation of web applications. Job Summary

As a Full Stack Developer at HCL, you'll be a jack-of-all-trades, working on both the front-end (user interface) and back-end (server-side) of web applications. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications that are not only functional but also visually appealing and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, and deployment.
Develop and maintain the front-end of web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
Develop and maintain the back-end of web applications using server-side technologies like Java, Python, or Node.js.
Design and implement APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to connect different parts of the application.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure that applications meet user requirements and business objectives.
Test and debug applications to identify and resolve issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or relevant experience for freshers).
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development concepts.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with a JavaScript framework like React or Angular (a plus).
Experience with a server-side technology like Java, Python, or Node.js (a plus).
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) (a plus).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
