We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to ensure the highest quality standards for our products and services. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to identify and resolve defects. This is a remote-first position, so you can work from anywhere in the world with a strong internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans to cover all aspects of functionality, usability, and performance.
• Conduct manual and automated testing using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Identify, document, and report defects using a bug tracking system.
• Work collaboratively with developers and other stakeholders to resolve defects and improve product quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest testing methodologies and tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in software testing (or relevant internship experience for freshers).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
• Proficiency in a variety of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
