Summary

The Administrative Analyst role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to a specific department or team, handling a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, maintaining databases, and processing invoices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for assigned personnel.
  • Manage and maintain electronic and paper-based calendars, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents, adhering to company policies.
  • Prepare presentations and reports, ensuring clarity and conciseness.
  • Maintain databases and filing systems electronically and physically.
  • Research and compile information as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Assist with project management tasks such as creating timelines, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role (freshers will also be considered for exceptional candidates).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. For freshers, a strong academic background, relevant coursework, and a willingness to learn are highly valued. Experienced candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
