• Conduct reservoir analysis and evaluation to determine the location, size, and productivity of oil and gas reservoirs.
• Design drilling plans, including good placement, trajectory, and casing design, to optimize resource recovery.
• Develop production strategies and techniques to enhance oil and gas flow rates and improve overall reservoir performance.
• Monitor and analyze well performance, production rates, and reservoir pressure to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with geoscientists to interpret seismic data, geological models, and reservoir simulations to assess reservoir behaviour and predict production trends.
• Evaluate and select appropriate drilling and completion technologies, equipment, and materials for each well.
