- Respond to incoming inquiries and support requests from end-users, either through phone, email, or in-person, and provide timely and accurate technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, diagnosing problems and guiding users through appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing user concerns professionally and empathetically, ensuring a positive support experience.
- Communicate technical information and instructions to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner.
- Keep users informed about the status of their support requests, providing regular updates and ensuring timely resolution.
- Continuously update and expand your technical knowledge and skills to stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the help desk knowledge base, including creating and updating user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
