• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing user concerns professionally and empathetically, ensuring a positive support experience.
• Communicate technical information and instructions to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner.
• Keep users informed about the status of their support requests, providing regular updates and ensuring timely resolution.
• Continuously update and expand your technical knowledge and skills to stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the help desk knowledge base, including creating and updating user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
