Responsibilities:

1. Handling incoming customer calls and emails and addressing their queries and concerns.
2. Providing accurate and timely information about banking products, services, and procedures.
3. Assisting customers with account-related inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and problems in a professional and empathetic manner.
5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution.
6. Guiding customers through the banking processes, such as account opening, fund transfers, and loan applications.
7. Educating customers about various banking channels, including Internet banking and mobile banking.
8. Promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to customers based on their needs.
9. Maintaining customer records and updating relevant information in the system.
10. Following standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines to ensure quality customer service.

Skills:

1. Graduation in any discipline. Additional certifications or relevant education may be preferred.
2. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any other relevant language(s).
4. Good listening and problem-solving skills.
5. Patience and empathy while dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
6. Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and processes.
7. Familiarity with banking systems and software is desirable.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
9. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
10. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the bank's requirements.
