Tecklearn Private Limited is hiring an HR Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring process. This role is important for finding the best talent to help our company grow. You will be responsible for hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) and sourcing tutors. Responsibilities:

• Develop and use hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Find, screen, and interview candidates for BDE and tutor roles.
• Work with hiring managers to understand job needs.
• Handle the full recruitment process from start to finish.
• Build a network of potential candidates for future hiring.
• Partner with colleges, agencies, and other hiring sources.
• Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices.
• Ensure recruitment follows company rules and policies.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and people skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in HR is a plus but not required.

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience hiring BDEs or tutors is a bonus.
