Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for customers through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and airport counters.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, courteously, and efficiently, striving for a first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, choosing add-on services, and understanding baggage policies.
• Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for timely resolution.
• Remain updated on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for all customers, fostering brand loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.

• Minimum 10+2 or equivalent educational qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and de-escalate tense situations.

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
