Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned targets for JSW Steel products.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
Prospect for new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and attending industry events (optional, on-site travel may be required).
Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and budget constraints.
Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and building trust.
Deliver impactful product presentations, highlighting features and benefits relevant to client requirements.
Negotiate and close deals to secure profitable sales contracts.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Maintain a deep understanding of JSW Steel's product portfolio, pricing strategies, and competitor landscape.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the steel industry (freshers with strong potential will also be considered).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
In-depth knowledge of steel products and their applications (preferred).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
