Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting eyewear products based on their needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on frame styles, lens options, and other related products. Ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience by addressing customer queries, resolving concerns, and offering appropriate solutions. Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships to drive customer loyalty.
2. Sales Generation: Achieve individual and store sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and promoting Lenskart's products and services. Upsell and cross-sell additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Lenskart's product offerings, including frames, lenses, and accessories, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging and displaying eyewear products in an attractive and organized manner. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the store manager. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment, including the trial room area and display counters. Contribute to the overall store performance by actively participating in team meetings and sharing feedback for process improvements.
