Job Title: Cashier

Job Summary:

The Cashier is responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating a point-of-sale system. The Cashier will provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to Lukoil’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Cash Handling:

Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate a point-of-sale system.

Store Operations:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area, sales floor, and stockroom.

Inventory Management:

Participate in inventory management by receiving and stocking merchandise, and performing cycle counts as needed.

Teamwork:

Requirements:

Education:

Experience:

Previous cash handling experience preferred.

Skills:

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic Math:

Ability to perform basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Time Management:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Environment:

Work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent exposure to cash, credit card transactions, and point-of-sale systems.

Physical Demands:

Stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the store as needed.
