Roles & Responsibilities:

Production & Manufacturing:

• Operate and maintain mechanical equipment and tools in the production line.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Work on CNC machines, lathe machines, and other mechanical tools.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain records of machine maintenance, test results, and production reports.
• Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation.
• Keep track of inventory for spare parts and tools.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct inspections to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Education: ITI (Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Experience working with CNC and lathe machines.
• Documentation: Ability to maintain technical reports and inventory records.
• Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
