We are looking for a Service Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills. The Service Desk Associate will be responsible for providing support to Meesho's customers and partners via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt and effective resolutions. Assist customers with order placements, product information, billing queries, and general inquiries. Deliver a personalized and professional customer service experience that exceeds customer expectations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, concerns, or complaints. Proactively resolve problems by investigating and analyzing the root cause. Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, logistics, and technical support, to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures. Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggest proactive solutions. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to implement best practices and enhance the overall customer support experience.
Skills:
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Proficiency in multiple languages would be an advantage.
- Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service. Empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations. The customer-centric mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
