Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat to address inquiries related to account management, billing issues, content recommendations, and technical support.
  • Problem Resolution: Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Identify root causes of problems and provide timely solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Netflix’s products and services. Stay informed about new releases and features to effectively assist customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback regarding their experiences with Netflix services. Share insights with relevant teams to help improve our offerings.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. Ensure all communications are logged for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Technical Support, Billing, and Content Management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about Netflix’s evolving services.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with streaming services is a plus.

  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
