Key Responsibilities

Community Management

Analytics & Reporting
- Use social media analytics tools to track and report on the success of campaigns.

- Report campaign performance to the management team and suggest improvements.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with other departments, including PR, digital marketing, and content teams.
- Share ideas and best practices with the team to improve Netflix’s social media presence.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Skills:
- Good understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
- Ability to create engaging and shareable content.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Education: A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Personality: Must be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
