Job Summary
Staff Engineer
Netskope is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer to join their team. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s cloud security platform.

Key Responsibilities
The Staff Engineer will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing new features and components for the Netskope cloud security platform
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA to ensure successful product delivery
- Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance and oversight
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and developing solutions
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring high-quality code is delivered
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and applying this knowledge to improve the Netskope platform

Requirements
Technical Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud security
- Strong expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of security protocols and standards, including SSL/TLS, OAuth, and SAML
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
