• Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance for PepsiCo.
• Partner with other HR functions, such as benefits and compensation, to provide comprehensive support to employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and experience with various HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, etc.).
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and coach others.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) a plus.
