The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. The Account Manager will be tasked with building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Prepare reports on account status and sales forecasts
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in key account management or relevant sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
