3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve the organic visibility of PhonePe's website and content. Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and monitor website rankings and traffic.
4. Content Marketing: Create and manage engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, blogs, and email marketing. Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, relevant, and shareable content.
5. Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute social media campaigns to build brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive user acquisition. Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation.
6. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Create personalized and targeted email campaigns to engage with the audience and promote PhonePe's offerings.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics and campaign performance. Use web analytics tools to gain insights and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
8. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and provide insights for marketing strategies.
