The Collection Agent is responsible for collecting outstanding payments from PhonePe merchants. This includes tasks such as contacting merchants, negotiating payment terms, and resolving disputes. The Collection Agent must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to meet collection goals.

• Update the collection database.
• Track collection progress and report to the Collection Manager.
