Summary

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating content, managing social media channels, and analyzing marketing data. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Create high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, case studies, and social media content
• Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance
• Analyze marketing data to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
• Support the marketing team with other projects and initiatives as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (experience not required for freshers)
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to create compelling content
• Experience with social media marketing
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (a plus)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
