Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their unique talent needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
  • Support the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective training and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
  • Maintain and analyze HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the HR team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Uphold PwC's values of integrity, quality, and care in all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role (for experienced candidates).
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A passion for building positive employee relations.

Experience:

This role is open to both experienced HR professionals and talented individuals with a strong academic background and demonstrable interest in HR. For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role is preferred.
