Celestile is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team! If you love talking to people and helping them find the perfect home décor products, this job is for you. You will help customers, suggest products, and make sales. You will also keep track of showroom items and maintain a good relationship with customers. Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain product details, features, and benefits to customers.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to increase sales.
  • Keep the showroom clean and well-organized.
  • Arrange products to make the showroom attractive.
  • Help customers with home styling and décor ideas.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in luxury home décor.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
  • Process payments and coordinate product deliveries.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Inform customers about new collections and special offers.
  • Work with the team to achieve business goals.
  • Attend training to improve sales and product knowledge.
  • Represent the brand in a professional and friendly way.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to convince customers and close deals.
  • Basic knowledge of home décor and interior design.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation required.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • Background in Hospitality or Luxury Home Décor is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in luxury products or home décor is preferred.
