Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive. The person will sell tour packages to customers. They will talk to clients, understand their needs, and suggest the best travel plans. The job needs good communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Talk to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Explain tour packages and travel options.
• Help customers choose the best travel plan.
• Handle bookings and travel arrangements.
• Follow up with potential clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Work with the operations team for smooth tour planning.
• Assist with visa processes and travel insurance if needed.
• Keep track of customer inquiries and feedback.
• Maintain good relationships with clients.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of travel and tourism.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good customer service attitude.
• Basic computer skills for emails and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or any diploma/degree.
• Freshers are welcome. Sales experience is a plus.
